One of the projects our Performance Coach, Coach Chris, is currently working on involves a highly touted high school quarterback experiencing persistent low back soreness.

After a comprehensive assessment, the issue wasn’t his lower back—it was inefficient force transfer through the kinetic chain. Rather than changing his team strength program, Coach Chris developed a 3-day regeneration program targeting breathing, mobility, activation, and movement integration to improve force transfer and reduce unnecessary stress on the lumbar spine.

Sometimes the best way to improve performance and durability isn’t adding more strength—it’s helping athletes use the strength they already have.
