A Message from Owner & Director Cynthia Angarola

At The Training Ground, transparency, excellence, and education are at the heart of everything we do. We frequently go LIVE on Instagram because we believe families should be able to see the incredible work our dancers and faculty put into every class, rehearsal, and training session.

There is no hidden agenda—our dancers receive the quality training, mentorship, and opportunities they deserve. With decades of experience in the dance industry, continued professional education, and guidance from some of the greatest mentors in the field, I remain committed to growing, learning, and providing the highest level of instruction possible.

My goal has always been to create a positive, safe, and inspiring environment where dancers can thrive both as artists and athletes. The Training Ground is an elite training facility built for dancers of all levels who are passionate about reaching their full potential.
