we might be a little crazy... but 45 minutes of lagree has never felt so freeing ✨
in lagree, a 4–5 count doesn’t literally mean 4–5 seconds... it’s double, so think 8–10 seconds 👀
you should be moving so slow, it almost looks like you aren’t even moving. the slower the movement, the more control, the more muscle engagement, and the more effective the workout 🔥
