🥵🔥 I have absolutely no idea why basil seeds aren’t more popular 🤷♀️
They’re inexpensive! They’re refreshing. They’re ready in 10 minutes. And somehow they’re packed with more goodness than foods that cost ten times as much!
I put everything in one simple guide because I went down the basil seed rabbit hole, so you don’t have to 😁

Remember when everyone carried business cards?
I found mine today.🤓
These days, they usually end up in a drawer while someone asks,
“What’s your Facebook?”
“Are you on Instagram?”
The world moves a little faster now…
But my mission hasn’t changed.
Helping people stay strong, move better, and live healthier lives.
Some things are worth keeping… even a Colorado phone number. 😄

Sunset yesterday… When the sky catches fire, the whole world seems to slow down for a moment. Florida, you never disappoint! 😍❤️

Did you sleep wrong and wake up with a stiff neck? 😣
Or maybe you’ve spent a little too much time looking at your phone or working at your computer.
A few minutes of gentle movement can make a big difference.
Here are four simple stretches you can add to your day to help relieve neck tension, improve mobility, and reduce stiffness.
✅ Look Up & Down
✅ Neck Rotations
✅ Side Neck Stretch
✅ Levator Scapula Stretch
Finish with a few shoulder rotations to help release tension in your neck and upper back.
✨ Move slowly and stay within a comfortable range of motion.
✨ Hold each stretch for about 20 seconds.
✨ Every stretch should feel like a gentle pull, never pain. If any movement doesn’t feel right or becomes uncomfortable, simply stop and skip that exercise.
Save this post so you’ll have it the next time your neck feels tight—and share it with someone who spends too much time looking down at their phone or computer. 💙

☀️ Spending more time sitting lately?
Whether you’re watching TV, working on your computer, or just relaxing, sitting for long periods can make the muscles in the back of your legs—your hamstrings—become tight.
When your hamstrings tighten up, they can also make your hips and lower back feel stiff.
The good news? You don’t have to be flexible to start stretching!
In the pictures below, I show a simple progression:
✔️ Start with a resistance band if reaching your foot is difficult.
✔️ Progress to a lying hamstring stretch.
✔️ As your flexibility improves, try stretching with your foot on a low step.
✔️ Finally, work your way to a slightly higher step for a deeper stretch.
Remember: stretching should create a gentle pull—not pain. Move slowly, breathe, and be consistent. Small improvements each day can make a big difference over time.
💬 Which stretch would you start with today? Let me know in the comments!
