The Sarasota Sharks made their mark on the national stage this week in California, with swimmers competing at both the Toyota National Championships and the TYR Futures Championships. Representing Sarasota against many of the nation's top athletes, our swimmers showcased their hard work, determination, and competitive spirit. Congratulations to all of our athletes, coaches, and families on an outstanding week of racing. We are proud of the Sharks for continuing to excel at the highest levels of USA Swimming competition. 🦈

The Area 5 Championship Meet was a great success where the team swam their best times despite the weather, featuring standout performances by top athletes and strong team spirit. Go Sharks!

Sarasota Athlete of the Week: Natalia Lesniewska | Your Observer Before starting high school at Cardinal Mooney, the Sarasota Sharks swimmer dominated the Florida Summer Age Group Championships.
Congratulations Sarasota Sharks Age Group Swimmers! 62 medals in total earned - 27 Gold, 19 Silver, and 16 Bronze. Swimmers achieved Summer Junior Cuts, Future Cuts, and Sectional Cuts during the meet. Relays dominated the competition! Topping it off we had 2 high point winners and 5 Zone qualifiers. Go Sharks!
