Premier Women, Day 2

In a field of 22 teams, L*D took on round 1 with a 3rd place finish of 2:11.02

Sitting in lane 3 for the Rep, L*D finished 3rd with a time of 2:14.02, put the team into the semi-finals.

with a time of 2:16.94, the Premier Women finished 7th in the semis!

Again...this is a very competitive field here at worlds, and the L*D Ladies fought hard!

Premier Open, Day 2.

L*D faced a field of 29 boats in this category. First round had 4 heats, sorting out the group. Round 1 for L*D, the crew turned in a 2:03.22 for 3rd place. This put them in lane 2 for the Rep. A strong 2nd place finish (1:59.34) put the team into the semi-finals. Siting in lane 7 for the Semis, L*D finished out 7th with a time of 2:01.57!

This was a very strong effort for L*D in one of fastest field of the event!

Day 2 recap: a lot going on today! Let's start with Senior A Mixed. It was a field of 20 teams.

As previously posted, in round one of the 500m, the team pulled off a 2nd place finish (2:03.29) which gave them a break and put them straight into the first group of semi-finals. In that group of 8, the SrA's climbed to a 3rd place finish (2:05.45).

Seated in Lane 7 for the grand final, L*D came in 5th (2:04.36) in a very competitive field!
