We watched her grow up on this mat.

She started with us at 5 years old, quiet, a little shy, always listening more than talking. Belt by belt, year by year, that quiet dedication turned her into a 4th degree black belt. She headed off to college, and life carried her all the way to Colorado… but she stopped by to visit this week, glowing, expecting her first baby.

This is what keeps us going. Taekwondo isn’t just a sport here, it’s family. Once you’re a Red Tiger, you’re always a Red Tiger, no matter how many years or how many miles.

Congratulations to one of our own. We love you, and we can’t wait to meet the newest addition to the family. 🐯.

I'll be honest- I love doing open houses. There's something about a room full of families trying something new together that I never get tired of.

This one's extra fun for me because we're mixing in some healthy tips to help get everyone ready for back to school, along with a little hands-on martial arts fun for the kids.

This Saturday, 10am-12pm, free. We'd love to see you and your kids there.
