EMBODIED YOGA with Leyla
This class is offered remotely via Zoom only.
Reconnect with your body, breath, and mind in EMBODIED YOGA, a gentle and mindful practice led by Leyla. Through a flowing sequence of breath and movement, you'll cultivate strength, balance, flexibility, and greater body awareness, with special attention given to core engagement and proper alignment.
