⚾️ Meet SNLL’s President ⚾️

I have been managing and coaching Little League baseball for 28 years and have had the privilege of serving on the Boards of El Cajon Western Little League, Santee Pioneer Little League, and Santee National Little League. For the past five years, I have proudly served on our board, and I am excited for the opportunity to continue serving our league as President.

As President, my responsibility is to provide strategic leadership, sound governance, and operational oversight to ensure our league fulfills its mission while operating in full compliance with Little League International regulations, our League Constitution and By-Laws, Board policies, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

My vision for Santee National Little League is simple:
One League. One Mission. Players First.
Everything we do should support our players, families, volunteers, and community while fostering an environment built on teamwork, sportsmanship, respect, accountability, and continuous improvement. My goal is to ensure that every child who steps onto our fields has a safe, fun, and memorable Little League experience.

Outside of Little League, I serve as the Chief Operating Officer of Strategos Consulting, where I lead organizational operations, strategic planning, and business growth. The leadership principles I apply professionally- integrity, teamwork, communication, accountability, and servant leadership—are the same principles I will bring to our league.

I am excited to work alongside our dedicated Board members, volunteers, coaches, parents, sponsors, and community partners as we continue building upon the strong foundation of Santee National Little League. Together, we will continue to grow our league, improve our facilities, invest in our players, and ensure Santee National remains a place where every family is proud to call home.

The wait is over—rosters have officially been sent out! Be sure to check your email for your team information.

Practices kick off next week, and we’re excited to get back on the field! Sunday games begin in early September as we team up with West Hills Little League for a fun and competitive fall season.

Let’s sharpen our skills, build confidence, make new friends, and keep the love of baseball going all fall long. We can’t wait to see everyone at the fields!

Hosting the 2026 SoCal State 8/10 Tournament was a massive undertaking, but because of your heart, hustle, and unwavering dedication, it was an absolute home run! 🏆🏆

Behind every great play on the field was a team of superstars off the field making the magic happen:

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝘄: For waking up early, staying late, and making sure our dirt and grass were pristine and game-ready every single day.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗕𝗼𝘅 & 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀: For running the scoreboard, keeping pitch counts, announcing, and bringing the energy with top-tier DJing to keep the crowds hyped!

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗕𝗮𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺: For keeping everyone fed and happy! Running the best snack bar around with new, delicious menu items every day (we’re still dreaming about carne asada, western bacon cheeseburgers and dirty sodas to name a few!).

Your hard work and top-notch hospitality didn't go unnoticed. Visiting teams, families, and fans left Santee raving about how smoothly everything ran and how welcoming our community was. You showed everyone what SNLL is truly all about.

We couldn't have done it without each and every one of you. Take a well-deserved bow, get some rest, and enjoy the rest of your summer! ☀️🕶️

What an incredible start to the 10u All Stars SoCal State Championship Tournament!

Ours fields sparkled & shined while we welcomed Southern California’s top 10 All Stars teams! Thank you to all the volunteers that have made this experience so special. Good luck to all 10 teams! 💜

District 41 is proud to host the SoCal State 8/10 Tournament alongside Santee National Little League.

To ensure the safety of all players, coaches, fans and families we will be enforcing a zero tolerance for all dogs and all pets. Dogs are not permitted at Santee National Little League fields and all pet owners will be kindly asked to take their dog elsewhere.
