Okay, Okay, maybe not the strength of a Gorilla but this should get my drift.........Bench Press for years has been one of my favorite lifts, in fact I think it would be a male's favorite if they were to do a survey for top exercises men love. One reason we love the bench press movement is because it demonstrates brute power and most men would not want nothing more than a 300lb plus bench press to claim. [ 211 more words ]

A friend sent me a link to PaulaOwens.com, and I discovered there is all types of dirty energy that our bodies are constantly affected by from daily usage.
