My mission and passion is to help you become fit for your busy life. I use functional training techniques and structural assessments to design individually tailored fitness programs that leave you FEELING STRONG and LOOKING GREAT. These fitness programs start from ground zero – you don’t need to “be in shape” to work out with me. You’ll work out with me to get in shape. I meet you where you’re at, and push you beyond your perceived limits to achieve your ideal physical health. This is all about you, and you WILL surprise yourself. My clients include moms, dads, doctors, bankers, models, celebrities, teenagers and everyone in between. They hail from Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Venice, and greater Los Angeles. Most importantly, they leave our sessions feeling strong and energized, ready to sleep well and perform like champs in every area of their lives. After enough sessions they walk away looking lean and toned too…the most likely reason that they keep coming back year after year…after year. After 15 years of training hundreds of people from every walk of life, I’ve learned that everybody’s goal are different. Sometimes it’s to go from a size 8 to a size 4, or tone a middle-aged butt or flabby arms. Maybe it’s to ski the back bowls at Vail without injury. My goal is to help you achieve YOUR goals, ideal shape and fitness level, and to provide you with the training and tools to continue your exercise program for life.
