Recently featured on Live with Kelly & Ryan, this combination drumming – fitness – meditation class is just what the doctor ordered for health and wellness. Classes are currently offered at Crunch Fitness – Sunset (West Hollywood, CA) on Saturdays at 10am. Private classes are available by appointment.
