Coach Ivan, thank you for everything you’ve brought to the TXT community. Your positive attitude, encouragement, knowledge, and ability to push people to be their best has made a lasting impact on so many of our members. You’ve helped build a stronger community, one workout at a time, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything you’ve done.

While we’re sad to see you go, we’re so excited for you as you start this new chapter in your career. We know you’re going to do amazing things, and we can’t wait to see where this opportunity takes you.

We will also be welcoming a new teammate, Isabell !! She will be taking over Ivan’s MWF 6am west side and our awesome teammate Gabe is taking over Saturdays 9am at live oak!! Starting July 18th.

💪 WEEK 2: BUILDING MOMENTUM 💪

One week down, nine to go!

Congratulations on completing Week 1 of the 10 Week Strength Challenge. The hardest part is often getting started, and you’ve already proven that you’re willing to show up for yourself. Now it’s time to build consistency.

This week, focus on the daily habits that create lasting results:

✅ Attend 3–4 TXT classes
✅ Hit your protein goal daily
✅ Walk 10,000 steps per day
✅ Track your workouts, hydration, sleep, and nutrition
✅ Attend 1 yoga class
✅ Take 1 recovery day

Remember, strength isn’t built in a single workout, it’s built through repeated effort over time. The members who see the biggest transformations aren’t perfect; they’re consistent.

Don’t worry about where anyone else is in their journey. Focus on your next workout, your next meal, your next walk, and your next good choice.

Every rep, every step, every meal, and every night of quality sleep is a vote for the stronger version of yourself you’re becoming.

Keep showing up.
Keep tracking.
Keep trusting the process.

We focused on the TRX Power Pull — a fantastic exercise for building upper-body strength, improving rotational stability, and developing a strong, resilient core.

The Power Pull challenges your back, shoulders, arms, and core all at once while teaching your body how to create and control rotational force. It’s functional strength that carries over into everyday life and athletic performance.
