I am someone who believes in magick.
Magic that lives in our lightest moments, where we lead with play and bliss,
or magic that lives in our darkest moments, where we lean into our strength and ground.
Regardless of the shade, it exists as our ability to be with the moments that mark our lives like a blueprint.
I’ve found myself leaning into this magic recently; the magick of observation, of grounded breath, the pleasure of peace amongst complexities,
and the magick of a relationship with self.
I believe that magick lives in the equanimity of our ebbs and flows, our highs and lows, and the consistency of love that exists within us.
For ourselves and for life around us.
I believe in a magick that anchors us into who we are when the many moving pieces of life around us are changing.
A magick that grounds us into ourselves while we watch life circle around us, dance through us, and reflect the many shades of our essence.
Maybe it’s our very essence that births the magick in the first place.
I’m not sure if we’ll ever know where the magick comes from, what it’s made of, or why it’s here, but I do know, I whole heartedly believe, that it exists.
And I’m grateful everyday for the experience of this magick in my life.

I let you leave
Lover of mine who knows deep fear
And for that reason exudes unconditional strength
To protect me from the shadows
that come with curious expression
Today,
I say thank you
Supporter of mine who has watched me grow
And hasn’t given up
Because here I stand
Yet, today has come
And you, one of the many versions of me, are let go to join the world of the released
The world of memories and of past
So that I can continue in this world of

Goddesses, we thrive;
Creatrix of our own paradise.
With tears down our cheeks and trauma tattooed,
or when those same same cheeks hurt from smiling so much, laughing so hard, true love imprinted.
We thrive, ladies,
because everything we do
reflects back as fuel
for our Goddess who brings light into each moment that life has her dance with darkness.
So don’t kid yourself, Goddess,
because 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐝.
It’s terribly underrated by you, though.
I know it’s hard to see what’s precious if you look at it everyday,
And I invite you to consider how our world needs more goddesses like you to look to;
True influence portrayed.

My life is dancing with that Silver Lining
and energetically I’m pulled to experience polarities all the time;
The reminder to be grateful for all moments that are not everlasting;
The love and smile through moments that I wouldn’t have wanted to welcome in the first place;
And overall, the knowing that by the strength in my roots is the same strength that will grow my wings.
Because wholeness is to dare to walk on that tightrope, knowing the drop on both sides, and yet doing it anyways based on the trust you have in yourself.
The way life happens around you and through you is a result of how you dance with that silver lining, knowing that both up and down are sacred to who you are becoming.

You deserve to have it all
But not if having it all
Takes from all of you.
A diluted version of you is not the version of you that justifies the journey.
I see men talk about the sacrifices they make in order to reach success and the issues it creates in their lives.
The diluted version of them that justifies “hustle culture” and losing things along the way.
But women, we do that too.
We have big desires for ourselves and those desires start today.
Not once we have the career, family, partner, habits, or self worth to begin.
They start the moment you realize you’re not in full expression as a present way of being.
The moment you realize that joy isn’t flowing more free than stress is.
So what does that look like for you?
What does present, full expression look like as daily commitments?
What would change about your life right now in order to be in full commitment to self?
Life will accommodate around you when you step into that commitment. You will gain, you will lose, but most of all, you will be true to you.

It really exists and it’s potent AF.
The masculine and feminine dance that fuels commitment and manifestation is real - and it’s potent AF.
As we dance into this new year with all the intentions, visions, commitments, and desired manifestations we set into the universe, we have an opportunity to cause the outcomes of such wishes through this lens.
Our masculine and feminine counterparts are so key when it comes to bringing our greatest desires into this third dimensional, human experience.
So that with every intention, comes a commitment.
So that with every vision, comes integration.
And so that our inner world can match our outer world as a result of the balance we’ve cultivated in our input and output
Both on a physical and energetic level.
