People see the final performance. They don’t always see the hours of training behind it.
The strength.
The conditioning.
The repetition.
The bruises.
The countless attempts that make moments like this possible.
And then one day, it all comes together.
Beautiful work by our artist… I mean, instruictor, Kiki Sterling ❤️🔥

A few weeks ago, we gathered in the park with poles, snacks, sunshine, and a whole lot of q***r joy. 🌈☀️
To everyone who came out for Pride in the Park…
❤️ 🧡 💛 💚 thank you💙 💜 💗 🤎
Thank you to the q***r dancers, friends, chosen family members, and allies who showed up, cheered each other on, played games, tried new things, and helped create the kind of atmosphere that makes this community so special.
One of the things we’re most proud of at Steel & Grace is that over the years, this studio has become a place where people find their people.
A place where friendships form.
Where chosen family grows.
Where people can show up fully as themselves.
While Pride Month gives us an opportunity to celebrate that a little louder, these values aren’t reserved for June.
We believe movement should be accessible.
We believe everybody deserves to feel welcome.
We believe there is room for all of us on the dance floor.
Happy Pride Month. We’re so glad you’re here. ❤️🔥🌈
And shoutout to Kiki Sterling for leading 💋
Your workouts don’t have to feel lifeless to work. You can get strong and get upside down at the same time 🙃
With pole fitness, you’re building real strength, mobility, coordination, endurance, and body awareness through actual skill training.
Climbing.
Inverting.
Conditioning.
Learning how to control your body in space.
And somehow (not surprisingly)… it’s way more fun than counting reps in a crowded gym under florescent lights.
If you’ve been craving movement that challenges you and keeps you coming back, this is your sign.
Come get strong with us 🔥
