Vayu Yoga® is a trademarked technique of therapeutic aerial yoga that focuses on improved well-being of its students. Vayu Yoga® , founded in October of 2010, is an innovative practice that blends the beneficial elements of traditional yoga exercises with the unique conditioning of a suspended aerial hammock. Vayu Yoga® is designed to incorporate the components of balancing and stretching of yoga with the strengthening and exhilarating components of support that is provided by the aerial hammock. Yoga Wall practices are also offered, using the pelvic swing and with a yoga wall mount or over-the-door hanger.

Early bird pricing ends Oct 1st for our annual Eternal Echoes event. Join us as we create a collective sacred space to honor, acknowledge, and celebrate loved ones who have passed. It is through our shared experiences that we heal and show our love.

We combine traditions from Dia de Los Mu***os and Samhain that are rooted in love, remembering and connection.

The event takes place at the sacred property of Spiritual Shangri La in Agua Dulce. Come gather with us and honor your loved ones - four-legged and two legged.

Join us for 20 hour yoga wall intensive starting October 17 through October 26. This is a multi studio collaborative between Yoga Yoga, My Yoga Canyon country, and Hot for Yoga Yoga.

this intensive is open to students and teachers alike. It is a wonderful way to deepen your yogawall practice.

CE U credits are available as well as a teaching certification if you were wanting to teach Yoga wall . Otherwise just join us and deep in your practice.
