2024 is here and classes will begin Tuesday, Januarv 16th! Classes are capped at 10 clients max & will be held at the only personal private training gym in the Santa Clarita Valley! 🤯 Giving you that personal training feel for a fraction of the cost & not having to worry about an over crowded commercial gym🙌🏽
Classes will be held M-TH for now, with more to add in the future. Strength classes will include learning the correct fundamentals and technique of weight training and will be held M-W 6:30-7:30pm followed by an optional, but recommended 30 minute express HIIT/Cardio class at 7:30pm M-TH 🕛
All fitness levels are welcomed and all exercises are scalable upon fitness level and experience. All genders welcomed and all ages 16+ (with parents consent) are welcomed 🤗
First 5 clients who book will have their membership rate locked in at $225 month and their rate will never increase as long as membership stays active. Normal rate after the first 5 will be $250 as the intro rate (with subject to increase later this year).
Spots are limited so snag while you can! Remember, you cant pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself first. You deserve it This is YOUR year🫵🏼

With everything that you are, you have the ability to evolve in every aspect of your life but first, you need to identify the weak areas in your life - whether that be external distractions or internal doubts.
Wanting to get healthier, be a better version of yourself, or excel in your career are all great goals to have. But they're too vague. The clearer you are with your goals, the better your target will be.
Be precise, monitor your inner conversations and always trust the process 🎯💯

Are your fitness goals SMART!?🤔
Have you ever set a goal that you failed to accomplish? You had the best of intentions, but along the way you lost sight of that goal😢
Let me guess. You are frustrated & desperate to make a change. But you keep "failing." Over and over. The vicious cycle never ends 💔
What if I told ya that the problem isn't necessarily your diet?! Or training?! Or lack of time?! Maybe there's a problem with your goals🤯
When I ask clients what their goals are, I usually hear "I want to lose 30 lbs in a month”.. Great! But not great enough!
That's where "smart goals" goals come in😉
SMART goals set you up for success by making it specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and timely.
These goals will give you clarity, provide direction, motivate you, and provide the action steps necessary to actually accomplish your goals.
➡️ So, instead of simply wanting to lose weight, ask yourself these questions.
How much weight do vou want to lose?
✨ How do you plan on assessing your progress?
✨ Is this a realistic goal for you?
✨Why do you want to lose this weight?
✨When do you want to lose the weight by?
Being able to answer these questions will ensure that you are on track to successfully smashing your goals🙌🏽
So, it's time to re-evaluate your goals & make sure vou are being "smart"😉

Often times, I hear that people “dont” have time to exercise because of their schedule, kids, etc. and they cant find the time.
When the truth is, You don’t “find” the time to exercise, you MAKE the time💪🏽
Your kids shouldn’t be an excuse for not exercising but a chance for you to engage and also get your kids moving and get some additional exercise. Make it happen👊🏽
