CF+Y Fam! It’s that time of year that we often reset, look at our current schedules and make some changes! I’m here to help you make the most of your classes at the studio! For August/September I’m offering a 1-1 re-set session. We’ll go over technique for squats, lunges (of all kinds) deadlifts, lat pull, kettle bell (various swings & exercises) TRX (variations of standard movements) several Pilates/core exercises, yoga (if applicable) and stretches that are specific to you! Plan on an hour and the cost is $35! Leave a message here or reach out via text or in person at the studio!
