Millie has been used for OSET and has experience in barrels, poles, figure 8, keyhole, sorting and trail riding. She has attended barrel clinics, is currently being entered at local races and runs to the right barrel first.

She is cowy with a good stop and has been around ropers, giving her additional potential as an all-around or breakaway prospect.

Millie is kind, dependable and enjoyable to have around. She loads, ties, bathes and hauls well, has good ground manners and is good for the veterinarian and farrier. She is an easy keeper with excellent feet and has remained barefoot for several years.

She currently runs without requiring maintenance and has never been injected. She was recently evaluated by a performance-horse veterinarian as she returned to conditioning and required no maintenance or injections.

Millie spent a couple of years largely sitting, so she is still getting fully seasoned—but that may be one of the most exciting things about her. She is fit, being trained correctly, progressing and showing immense potential.

Terrie’s journey began in 4-H, open shows, and the Northwest Quarter Horse and AQHA show circuits, before progressing through junior rodeo and High School Rodeo. Her youth accomplishments included becoming the Washington State High School Rodeo Queen and qualifying for High School Rodeo Finals in both barrel racing and cutting.

She went on to compete in barrel racing jackpots and amateur rodeos, becoming Ms. Rodeo Washington, before advancing through the semi-pro ranks as a 3-time Northwest Professional Rodeo Association Finalist.

Terrie then went fully professional, competing in PRCA and WPRA rodeos and becoming a Columbia River Circuit Finalist.

For half a century, Terrie has dedicated herself to riding, competing, training, breeding and developing horses and riders.

And her success doesn’t stop with her own accomplishments. Terrie has passed her knowledge and experience on to her students, with multiple students qualifying for KK Run for Vegas/Junior NFR and National High School Rodeo Finals in both barrels and pole bending.
