FIT4MOM Marin FIT4MOM offers a variety of workouts for pregnant moms, moms newly postpartum, and moms with kids of any age. Contact us today to get started!

Our Fit4Baby program is specifically designed for prenatal strength, incorporating strength and cardio at the level appropriate for each stage of pregnancy. Stroller Strides allows moms to bring children in strollers so that they can get a workout in while children are entertained. Body Back is an 8 week results-based program focused on gaining strength and lean muscle mass with coaching and camaraderie. Community is our focus in all of our programs.

Hi ladies, I am hosting a free clothing & toy swap this Wednesday, April 8th, at Corte Madera Town park from 11:15 a.m. -12:15 a.m. Bring any clothes newborn-age 10 you are willing to part with and take what you need, Anything leftover, I will donate to the Postpartum Support Center. If you want to join for Stroller Strides it is 10 a.m.-11 a.m. Your first class is free if you want to come check it out.
