🏌️ Want to add 10+ mph to your swing speed?
Speed does not come from swinging harder. It comes from training your body to rotate faster and transfer force into the ball. These 5 exercises are what we use at Perform for Golf to build real swing speed:
✅ Rotational Box Jump (3x5 reps, rest 90 sec)
✅ Reverse Lunge to Twist (3x8 each side, rest 45 sec)
✅ Kneeling Landmine Press (3x10 each side, rest 45)
✅ Rotational Plyo Step-Up (3x5 each side, rest 60s)
✅ RFE Rotational Cable Row (3x8 reps, rest 60 sec)
Run this twice a week and you will feel the difference in your drives. ⛳
📌 Save this so you have it for your next session

🏆 20,000 of you 🏆
When we hit 15k, we paused to reflect on how far this community had come. To watch 5,000 more of you join alongside us in such a short time has been such a privilege to see.
As our Perform For Golf family keeps growing, it’s clear this space has become so much more than swing mechanics or lower scores. It’s the late-night messages about breaking 80 for the first time, the stories of newfound confidence on the course leaking into your everyday lives, and the shared grind to keep improving alongside the people who make it fun while doing so.
5,000 new faces, but the core mission remains exactly the same. We’re here to give you the tools, the mindset, and the backing to reach whatever target you’ve set for yourself.
20k is a huge milestone, but we’re nowhere near done building. Let’s keep moving. ⛳️💪
The bucket list golf trip. 2 spots left.🏴
Elijah Collins, pro golfer and swing coach at Perform for Golf, is back answering a few more of your questions. What catches first timers off guard, whether to bring a buddy, and what actually goes into a week like this. ⛳️
The kind of trip that’s near impossible to put together on your own. That’s the whole reason we built it.

When you find a great coach, take their words to heart
When you find a great friend, prioritize the connection
When you find a great partner, out-love them each day
Always manage your investments with care
What have you done today to get better? ⛳️
Not better than the guy you played with last weekend. Better than the version of you that showed up yesterday.
Nobody sees this part. The early mornings, the reps that nobody claps for, the work that doesn’t show up on the scorecard for months.
But it shows up eventually. It always does.
Show up today. 🏌️
🏌️♀️ If an injury is keeping you off the course, listen to Natasha before you do anything else
Natasha is an LPGA pro who trains at Perform for Golf. She’s been through the long road back, and this is what she says actually matters:
✅ Find the right people. Someone knowledgeable, someone honest, someone you can lean on in the dark stretches
✅ Take care of your mind, not just your body
✅ Pay attention to what you’re eating and how you’re spending your days
✅ Stay on top of your stretching and mobility work
✅ Trust that this time will pass, and that you’ll come out of it knowing more than you did going in
Recovery is not wasted time. It’s part of the work. ⛳️
📌 Save this for the days it feels like too much
👥 Share it with someone who’s grinding through a comeback right now
