Have you ever wondered what your gymnast is doing in class or why they are doing it?

Well, in honor of National Gymnastics Day, we are focusing on important, developmental skills each and every day. Monday’s skill focus was cartwheels. You can see how your shark or superstar doing donkey kicks can turn into powerful tumbling passes or an aerial on the high beam!

Each day this week will have a different skill focus:
Monday – Cartwheels
Tuesday – Handstands
Wednesday – Bridges and Walkovers
Thursday – Pullovers
Friday – Swings
Saturday – Your favorite skill (Because it’s still important to have fun and love what you do!)
