Saturdays at Eternity are something special. ❤️

It’s amazing to see our community show up, work hard, encourage each other, and have fun together. Everyone is at a different level, but nobody has to do it alone.

If you’ve been thinking about trying CrossFit, take this as your sign. You don’t have to be fit, experienced, or “ready.” Just come as you are, and we’ll meet you where you’re at.

Most people want the result. Not everyone is willing to do the work.

Stefany got her first Ring muscle-up. 💪

But the real victory wasn’t getting over the rings it was everything that came before it.

The failed attempts.
The frustration.
The days when it didn’t feel like she was getting better.
And most importantly, she kept showing up.

A muscle-up is a skill that many people can eventually do. But not everyone has the patience, discipline, and courage to put in the work long enough to earn it.

That’s what makes this moment special.

Stefany didn’t get her first muscle up because it was easy. She got it because quitting wasn’t an option.

This is what perseverance looks like.
This is what consistency creates.
This is what happens when you trust the process.

Five years old… and already making memories that will last a lifetime. ❤️💪
Ruby isn’t here because she has to train. She’s here because she wants to spend time with her dad.
The squats, the jumps, the laughs, the high fives… those are just the bonus. The real workout is building confidence, creating healthy habits, and showing her that fitness can be fun.
One day she probably won’t remember how many reps she did.
But she’ll always remember that her dad made time for her.
Sometimes the greatest gift we can give our kids isn’t a toy or a vacation it’s our presence.
Who knows… today’s workout partner might become tomorrow’s strongest woman. 💙
