This month we are spotlighting one of our amazing gentle yoga teachers, ANNA HUNT.
She has been with Almaden yoga for 5-years and has been practicing yoga since 2008.
Anna has found her rhythm leading gentle and slow movement classes that are sure to leave you feeling peaceful and relaxed.

Meditation isn’t about escaping your thoughts, but rather observing them. Take time to look inward and allow yourself to disconnect from harmful thought patterns by fostering self-awareness.
Meditation teaches us we don’t have to be controlled by everything around us.
Take the time for yourself to slow down, observe, and be present for every moment of your life.
