The South Bay Labor Council attended both the Santa Clara and San Jose actions today, standing in solidarity with California Nurses Association for a fair contract. Nurses are facing critical issues like short staffing, wage theft, and the challenges posed by new AI technologies at Kaiser facilities. It’s time for us to unite and demand that Kaiser addresses these concerns and settles a fair contract for both nurses and patients!
