Join in-house acupuncturist Angelica & yoga lead Phoenix for a special 90-minute experience combining gentle and restorative yoga with Active Release Cupping — two practices designed to work together to stretch and release fascial lines throughout the body.
As you move through supported yoga postures, therapeutic cupping will be incorporated to help create space, ease tension and encourage deeper release.

🚗 PARKING HEADS UP!
You may have noticed the new temporary No Parking signs lining both sides of The Alameda during weekday daytime hours. They appeared rather suddenly, so we wanted to make sure our labarre community knows what to expect!
The good news: These are temporary restrictions, and for our class schedule, they should primarily affect our weekday 8:30am + 12:00pm classes. For all other class times, parking should be business as usual.
If you’re joining us during those times, please plan to give yourself a few extra minutes and look for parking nearby.
✨ Other parking options:
• Hester Avenue remains available for street parking
• The Alameda is still available outside of the posted restricted hours
• The Hester School parking lot across the street is available during non-school days and hours
We know parking changes are never anyone’s favorite surprise. 💜 Thanks for planning ahead, and we’ll see you at the barre!
