Our Method3 Fitness coaching team recently spent the day learning from Robert Linkul of Training the Older Adult, exploring ways to adapt exercises, strengthen weak areas, and better support clients with injuries and physical limitations.
Because every body is different—and great coaching means knowing how to meet each person where they are.
“We do NOT train around limitations. We learn to train WITH them.”

9 years. So many workouts. So many laughs. So many adventures. And more memories than we could ever fit into one Reel.💙
Today marks Coach Yvonne’s final day at Method3 Fitness, and it’s hard to put into words what she has meant to our community over the past nine years.
Yvonne brought her whole heart to Method3—her love for people, passion for fitness, adventurous spirit, creativity, and her wonderful ability to remind us that movement should also be FUN.
She challenged us to try new things, get outside, play, laugh, push ourselves, and enjoy the adventure along the way. But more than anything, she cared deeply about the people around her—and that’s the part we’ll miss most.
Yesterday, we had the chance to surround Yvonne with so many of the people whose lives she has touched over the years. It was a pretty perfect reminder of the impact one amazing coach can have. 💙
Coach Yvonne, thank you for the workouts, the trails, the adventures, the laughs, and all the memories in between.
We love you. We’ll miss you. And you’ll always be part of the Method3 family. 💚
Here’s to your next adventure! 🥾🌲

💙 Join us in wishing a very happy 14th Method-versary to the one and only Coach Sue!
It’s hard to put into words everything Sue does for Method3 Fitness. She’s our GM, Nutrition Director, a coach... and wears about 100 other hats on any given day. 😂
If you’re a Method3 Fitness partner, there’s a good chance Sue was the very first person you met. She knows everyone by name, genuinely cares about what’s going on in their lives, and somehow always knows what needs to happen around here (usually before the rest of us do!).
Sue, you’re truly irreplaceable. We don’t say it enough, but we are SO grateful for you and everything you do to make Method3 what it is.
Happy 14 years!! 💙🎉

💙 Happy 4th Method-versary, Coach Mira!
For the past four years, Coach Mira has been an incredible part of the Method3 Fitness team, bringing knowledge, compassion, and a genuine passion for helping our partners live Stronger For Today.
This past year, she’s dedicated herself to learning more about fitness and health during perimenopause and menopause—diving into the latest research so she can better support the women in our community.
She’s taken that knowledge beyond her own coaching, sharing it with our entire team, leading a workshops for our partners, and creating a specialty series focused on navigating this important stage of life with confidence and strength.
Her commitment to continual learning means our partners receive the best possible support, and her positive attitude makes Method3 a better place every day.
Mira, thank you for your curiosity, your compassion, and your unwavering commitment to our partners and our team. We’re so grateful to have you with us.
Happy 4th Method-versary! 💙
Can your grip predict healthy aging?
Surprisingly... yes.
Research has shown that grip strength is one of the simplest indicators of overall strength and healthy aging. It has been associated with mobility, independence, and the ability to continue doing everyday activities as we get older.
The good news?
You don’t need to spend time squeezing grip trainers or tennis balls.
At Method3 Fitness, we build grip strength naturally through purposeful movements like carries, rows, deadlifts, and other functional strength exercises.
Why?
Because our goal isn’t simply to help you get stronger in the gym.
It’s to help you carry groceries with confidence, lift your suitcase into the overhead bin, enjoy a round of golf, hike your favorite trail, and keep saying “yes” to the activities you love.
Every exercise has a purpose.
💙 Live Stronger For Today.
These aren’t just exercises.
They’re the movements that help you hike another trail, play another round of golf, enjoy pickleball, travel with confidence, garden with ease, and keep saying “yes” to the activities you love.
At Method3 Fitness, every exercise has a purpose.
Because we’re not just building strength—we’re helping adults 45+ stay active, independent, and live Stronger For Today. 💙
When Steve first came to Method3 Fitness, he was recovering from back surgery, living with pain, and working through multiple injuries.
Over the past two and a half years, he’s shown up with consistency, a positive attitude, and a willingness to trust the process.
Today, he’s stronger. He moves with confidence. And one of the best parts?
👉He can get down on the floor and wrestle with his one-year-old grandson. 💙
That’s what strength means to us.
It’s not just about setting a new PR or lifting more weight—it’s about building the strength, confidence, and resilience to keep doing the things you love.
We’re so proud of you, Steve, and grateful to Coach Mira for being part of your journey.

What if one of the most important parts of healthy aging isn’t strength... but balance?
In this episode of the Stronger For Today Show, John Heringer sits down with Kim Pittis, a Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) specialist with more than 25 years of experience helping professional athletes, active adults, and weekend warriors recover from injuries, reduce pain, and move with confidence.
Kim explains why proprioception—your body’s awareness of where it is in space—is one of the most overlooked keys to balance, injury prevention, mobility, and healthy aging.
At Method3 Fitness, this is exactly why our coaches intentionally incorporate balance, coordination, and functional movement into our strength training programs. Building strength is important—but so is building the confidence to move well for life.
