This is a topic I’ve covered before, but it’s one that always hits home for me and I hope it means something to someone out there.

The truth is, life gives all of us something to carry. Stress. Anxiety. Loss. Uncertainty. The question isn’t whether you’ll face hardship, it’s what you’ll do with it 🔥

For me, I run. I train. I pray. I uplift others 🤟🏽

Not because it makes the problems disappear, but because it reminds me that I can keep moving forward even when things get heavy. Every mile teaches me resilience. Every workout reminds me that growth requires effort.

Especially for Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. I want to remind my guys out there that strength isn’t pretending everything is okay. Strength is being honest about what you’re carrying and finding healthy ways to work through it 🙏🏽
