I think what I'm saying here, is that I don't necessarily love doing sit ups. But I am always happy with how I feel later, when my core is strong.
This can be said about anything. One of the benefits to this type of discipline, is to learn how to be disciplined in general. It's all about not letting our attachments and aversions win. 😊

I hear many students and teachers not to “cheat” when practicing specific yoga positions. Even though it’s good to teach students that yoga isn’t a sport to win, I do wonder if “cheat” is the best word to use?
