What if a great pop star could teach you a movement that improves your fencing stance? 🤺🕺

Good athletes learn from more experienced athletes. Great athletes learn from the best in the world.

Sometimes, the best isn’t even in your sport 👀

It was a pleasure to take part in the 2026 International Fencing Research Committee Conference, held in partnership with British Fencing, USA Fencing, the University of Hertfordshire, and Leon Paul.

This year, Electrome Lab presented two talks on biofeedback and motor-cognitive profiling in fencing.

We are especially pleased that our Founder and CEO, Daria Zhigskaya, received the Best Pre-Recorded Presentation Award 🏆

Many thanks to the organisers for such a great conference, bringing together researchers, coaches, and practitioners to share knowledge, ideas, and shape the future of fencing science.

Looking forward to IFRC 2027! 🤺
