We will do a full-bodied warm-up tuning the instrument of our bodies as well as our attention. Class blends technical training, big yummy dancing, floorwork, and improvisation. A few short dances will come together at the end of class. Suzanne (Zan) Beahrs guides students in exploring movement and practice as a pathway to deeper presence and connection—with ourselves, our surroundings, and each other.

📖 Embodied Narratives through Movement Exploration with Mihyun Lee
Mondays August 24 & 31st || 5:30 - 7:00pm

This class explores the intersection of narrative and movement, drawing from Somatic Psychology and Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis. Through structured improvisation and guided activities, participants will learn to transform personal stories and implicit memories into movement expression.
