Her journey to the mat began as a runner searching for relief from aching knees. What started as a quick fix instantly turned into a lifelong calling. Alyssa believes movement is medicine and that stepping out of our heads and into our bodies strengthens both the individual and the community.

Alyssa’s teaching is rooted in the Ghosh lineage and Yoga Sport, with additional training in Yin, Restorative, heated Pilates formats, and somatic movement practices. She currently trains, competes, and coaches with Team Kim Tang through USA Yoga. Her approach blends alignment-based precision with mindfulness and steady effort.
