The day is finally here! I’m off to Paris and then to lead my retreat Pilates In Provence! I have been holding this vision for over a decade. Dreams do unfold, just on a longer timeline than expected. I am so incredibly honored and inspired to hold space for 19 incredible women for a week of Pilates, contemplation, adventures and community. Stay tuned for reels and photo updates as the adventure unfolds. First, a few days in Paris to get over jet lag and have some fun with for a badass Bennington ladies reunion.
