Just a heads upโ we have reduced hours on the 3rd and we are fully closed on the fourth.
We are a fully featured bouldering gym with over 300 boulder problems, cardio, and fitness! Part of
Dogpatch Boulders is a destination for boulders from all over the country. With over 14,000 sq ft of bouldering terrain and state-of-the-art climbing walls by Walltopia, indoor bouldering in the Bay Area will never be the same. BASIC TECHNIQUE โจ
This clinic is for people new to climbing who want to get off to the right start. The class will focus on developing movement and techniques that are fundamental to efficient climbing. The instructor will cover balance, route reading, footwork, and more.

Do you seem to be constantly stuck at V4s? Canโt figure out what it is thatโs keeping you from breaking through to that V5 ceiling? With this clinic, V5 is just around the corner!
INTRO TO BARBELL โจ
Curious about barbell lifting or want to revisit form basics? Come take the Intro to SBD Barbell Lifting clinic, where we will go over form and cues for squatting, benching, and deadlifting with a barbell. Over the course of two hours we will practice each of the lifts, review weight room etiquette, and discuss general strength training topics like autoregulation and progressive overload.

New class alert! We are now offering Pilates with Monique every Tuesday from 7:15-8:15PM. This mat Pilates class is open to everyone โ all fitness levels, all backgrounds, no experience required ๐๐ถ
