Example of transitions between rolls and real punches on the speedbag.

The rolling aspect of hitting the speedbag was really meant to be just a transition to set up real punches. This is an example.
Ill roll the bag a little and then throw a trap punch which improves accuracy and timing because you have to trap at with your punch at just the right spot. I miss a couple and you see the difference between a good trap and missing the exact spot and time to land. My first hook failed , the second one nailed. For purposes of showing this example, I hold the bag on the trap so it can be seen im land center knuckles and in the right time and place.
