Available in limited quantities, the Vandal Ultra is an expandable, high-capacity backpack built from Challenge Sailcloth Ultra 400X, an exceptionally strong and lightweight technical fabric developed for demanding applications.

Designed to transition from everyday commuting to travel, grocery runs, photo shoots, and gear-heavy missions, the Vandal expands from a streamlined 29 liters to an enormous 65 liters in seconds. Fully expanded, it carries more than twice its everyday volume while maintaining structure, comfort, and stability.

Ultra 400X combines an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene woven face with a waterproof laminate construction, delivering exceptional abrasion and tear resistance at a remarkably low weight. A VX07RS liner adds a lightweight, durable interior layer. The result is the most technically advanced Vandal yet, combining exceptional durability, low weight, and uncompromising performance.

A carbon fiber reinforced internal frame sheet and breathable shoulder harness help distribute heavy loads evenly, while six distinct storage zones keep gear organized and accessible. The rear roll-top compartment accommodates oversized or quickly accessed items, while multiple external pockets keep essentials within reach.

YKK Aquaguard zippers, Fidlock magnetic hardware, and Arkiv compatibility round out a pack designed for daily use, extended travel, and everything in between.

The Sector Short is built around the same lightweight stretch woven fabric as the Sector Pant, delivering durability, comfort, and versatility in a streamlined silhouette. Made in NYC, it combines the clean appearance of a classic 5 pocket short with the performance of a technical textile designed for everyday wear.

The lightweight fabric has a smooth hand and a natural drape that holds its shape without feeling stiff. It resists abrasion, repels water, dries quickly, and stretches naturally with movement, remaining comfortable across a wide range of conditions.

A traditional 5 pocket layout is complemented by a discreet side zip pocket that securely stores small essentials like a wallet, passport, or AirPods. Designed for daily use, the Sector Short transitions seamlessly from work to travel and everything in between.

[New] Long Sleeve Crew : Merino Wool

Made in California from 100% ultrafine Merino wool, the long sleeve crew and base layer is built for comfort and performance. Cut with added length through the torso, it stays in place during movement, whether on the bike or in motion throughout the day.

Designed to handle changing conditions, it transitions easily from the road to the workshop to off the grid. Merino’s natural temperature regulation keeps you comfortable through heat, cold, and everything in between. It dries quickly, resists odor, and maintains its shape wear after wear without the need for synthetics.

Finished with clean lines, minimal seams, and a tailored fit that works on its own or as a base layer. The extended cut stays anchored under layers without bunching or riding up.

A spacious main compartment handles daily carry. A large zippered front pocket is ideal for tablets and tech, while two external cargo pockets and four internal zippered pockets keep essentials organized.

Our proprietary quick adjust messenger shoulder system features custom aluminum hardware developed in house. Precision machined and anodized, it allows smooth micro adjustment under tension so you can tighten or loosen the strap on the fly. Solid aluminum construction resists flex, cracking, and long term wear. A detachable cross chest stabilizer adds support during high movement riding or commuting, keeping the load secure and balanced.

Fidlock V-Buckles secure the front flap with a magnetic assisted mechanical closure for fast, one handed access that stays secure under load.
