On Friday, Team Proper and Head Coach Junior Salientes announced the signing of Kareem Abdulla. Abdulla is the regining Battle of Atlanta and U.S. Open Heavyweight Sparring Champion. Team Proper’s official statement noted:

This move follows other significant point fighter signings in the last few weeks, including Savannah Wolaniuk to Top Ten Team USA and Jarvis Miller to Team Next Level.
