16 weeks into my training. On track to beat my previous marathon by more than 30 minutes. has been great to dial in my pacing. But I wouldn’t be able to maintain my training schedule if I didn’t make recovery a priority. I’m hosting a workshop to teach some of the tricks and tools I use to keep running, pain free. And doing it faster than I ever have before.

Greater ability to achieve the same outcome with different points of focus = greater athleticism (IMO)

1. 1.5 stance single arm swing

3. Rotating thrusters
Alternate thrusters with RDL
My first time ever doing this. Was able to keep it under 3:30 for
nearly every round, finishing with the fastest time for all. It’s only been about 1 month that I’ve focused on pace.
Building the proper technique will prepare you to go further/ faster
1 year put from a debilitating and I’m moving faster and stronger than I ever have before.
Mano a Mano, Me now vs myself from 5,10,15 years ago, I’m the odds on favorite.
