Last week was WILD!! During week 2 our summer campers took a field trip to the SF Zoo!! They met all different kinds of animals and getting to make unforgettable memories along the way!🦒🦍

Gator-Wild IS HERE! This is a 7-day, 6-night
wilderness centered beginner camping and backpacking adventure designed to provide incoming first year and transfer students with a warm outdoor welcome into the SF State Gator Family. Students will camp at the historic Sierra Nevada Field Campus, a research and education field station dedicated to building an inclusive community. Students will also spend three days and two nights backpacking in the surrounding Plumas National Forest. At Gator Wild, students explore the beauty of the Sierra Nevada while forming lasting friendships, building meaningful connections, and gaining the confidence to take on new challenges.
