Today marks the birthday of Saint Teresa of Calcutta — born August 26, 1910 in Skopje.
Today, on Mother Teresa’s birthday, we’re celebrating the many people who make others feel welcome through simple acts of service.
To every Greeter, Usher, Lector, Server, and volunteer who gives their time to their community: thank you for all the ways you make a difference.

We were blessed to spend some time with 57 parish liturgical ministry leaders from across the Archdiocese of Seattle today! 💚
Krista from our MSP team joined them virtually to share some favorite Ministry Scheduler Pro tips and talk about a topic close to her heart: scheduling is a ministry, too.
When scheduling is done with intentionality and care, it’s about so much more than filling open spots. It’s an opportunity to welcome people into serving, respect their time and preferences, and help volunteers feel valued in the ministries they support.
The group also talked about scheduling across multiple parish locations—something that’s becoming increasingly relevant as dioceses around the country group or merge parish communities.
MSP can help parish families navigate those changes while keeping their ministries, volunteers, and schedules organized across locations.
Thank you to everyone in Seattle who welcomed Krista and shared in the conversation today! 😊
We’ll put a helpful resource about multicampus scheduling with MSP in the comments. 👇

With the Feast of the Assumption this past Saturday, we’re giving a special shoutout to Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in Claremont, California!
With seven regular weekend Masses in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese—and hundreds of liturgical ministers—there’s a lot to coordinate.
Before MSP, five different ministry leaders were juggling spreadsheets and notes to create separate schedules. Today, they use MSP to bring it all together in one place.
“We’ve been using Ministry Scheduler Pro for over 10 years now, and we can’t imagine managing our parish without it!”
Happy feast day to our friends at Our Lady of the Assumption! Thank you for trusting MSP with your ministry scheduling since 2014.

Krista from the MSP team got to visit St. Joseph Parish Cottleville this week, a beautiful church and the largest parish in the state of Missouri! This is a growing community blessed with many families and volunteers of all generations. We're grateful for their ministry and honored to support them with MSP!

When parish staff is stretched thin, lay leaders often step up.
But when schedules, volunteer information, and ministry details live in spreadsheets, inboxes, or one person’s memory, sharing that responsibility can get complicated.
The right tools can make shared ministry easier to manage—especially when clergy are serving multiple congregations or aren’t on site full time.
Our latest blog looks at how technology can help lay leaders keep parish ministries organized, connected, and running smoothly.

No more no-shows. No more burnout. And more volunteers than before.
"MSP has solved our no-show issue and equitably schedules everyone so that we no longer face burn-out by some of our over-scheduled parishioners. I believe it has also aided in our recruiting of more ministers, which is a blessing for many reasons."
— Lesley Kirzeder, St. Anthony de Padua (South Bend, IN)
Three problems, one solution. This is exactly what MSP is built to do. Thank you, St. Anthony Church and School!
