It's great to start a New Year, it's like a Do Over (City Slickers). I feel as though every year is an adventure and I pay close attention to what works and what doesn't, adjusting my course along the way!

I got to visit a friend who had moved out of the area for a couple of years and she introduced me to her new friend. When I told him he was a good communicator but had a tendency to want his clients to just get to the point and not bore him with so many details she laughed out loud. Can you guess what traits he has that suggests why I said that?
