Once we learn the proper activation of the feet, the body literally comes to life. We can access our hips, our core, our spine, everything from the feet. 🦶
And the most beautiful part, is when we pay attention to our feet, our mind becomes more present and grounded.
Rather than spending too much time up in the head, we let our attention drop down into our feet and onto the earth, calming the mind and the nervous system.
