Finally got to dust off the PK Insta-Ring for one of my Personal Trainer members who is a beginner boxer who happens to be SFPD and told me that he’s gonna be fighting SFFD Vs SFPD SF in the FOG at for event coming up at ICC. I told him full disclosure I am not a Fighter Boxing Coach but can get you ready enough for this charity event against other beginners with 3 1 minute rounds. Coincidentally another new member just joined PT’s beginner boxing and she is SFFD and is probably going to join the event as well. So the Insta-Ring is coming in handy!!!
