Spiritual & Yogic practices for soulful living. I teach Yin Yoga which brings unique physical, energetic, and emotional releasing and clearing benefits. Sheanaxo

Poses are held for extended periods to lubricate joints and tissues, to practice mindfulness, and to cultivate chi flow in the body. It is often felt like a needle-less acupuncture session. Yoga has helped me discover my true nature and wake up to see who I truly am. It's not always easy but I feel alive. I wish the same for you my friend.

🍂 THE AUTUMN BODY | Yin Yoga Seasonal Workshop 🍂

Join me for a deliciously grounding afternoon of Yin Yoga as we come into harmony with the changing rhythms of Autumn.

In Chinese Medicine, Autumn is a season of letting go — a time to gather our energy after the expansion of summer, turn inward, and make space for what matters most.

When Autumn energy is out of balance, we may experience grief, lingering sadness, or resistance to change. In balance, this season invites presence, emotional resilience, spaciousness, and the ability to release what we no longer need.

Why Yin matters now.

We live in a culture that constantly asks us to push, perform, produce, and keep going.

Many people arrive at Yin Yoga not because they want to become more flexible…
but because some deeper part of them is tired.

Tired of rushing.

Tired of striving.

Tired of living disconnected from the body’s quieter wisdom.

Yin invites us into another rhythm.

One that values listening over forcing.
Presence over performance.
Being over constant doing.

This is one of the reasons I created this training.

Not simply to teach poses or sequencing, but to explore how Yin can become a way of relating to ourselves more gently and honestly.

The training is open to both yoga teachers and dedicated students longing to deepen their understanding of Yin, mindfulness, meridian theory, fascia, and embodied living.

Early Bird pricing is now open.
Limited to 12 students.

🌿 Spring & the Liver in Traditional Chinese Medicine 🌿

In TCM, the Liver (肝, Gān) is known as the General — the commander of Qi.

It ensures the smooth flow of energy, blood, and emotions throughout the body.

The emotion connected to the Liver?
Anger. Frustration. Irritability. That feeling of being… stuck.

When Liver Qi stagnates, we may feel tense, reactive, or blocked.
When it flows freely, we feel clear, decisive, creative, and inspired.

Spring is the season of the Wood element — a time of growth, vision, and forward movement.
Just as buds push through the earth, we are invited to gently clear what has been held in the body through winter.

✨ Join me on 3/29 for a 2-hour Spring Yin Yoga Mini-Retreat

This workshop is designed to support the smooth flow of Liver Qi, encourage gentle detoxification, and restore energetic harmony along the Liver & Gallbladder meridians.

Through long-held Yin postures, we’ll soften the places stagnation tends to accumulate — hips, inner thighs, and side body — creating space for fresh energy and emotional clarity.

Our time together will include:
• Yin sequences curated for the Liver & Gallbladder meridians
• Guided pranayama & meditation
• Restorative integration
• Sound healing to calm the nervous system and release held tension

Let’s gather, reset, and set clear intention for the season ahead. 🌸
