Firm Foundation Martial Arts is hosting a free workout for all FFMA students and anyone they want to bring. This would be the perfect opportunity to invite your classmate, your parent, your neighbor, your friend or whoever is interested to come work out with you. They can see you show off your skills and try out karate for themselves!
