Mistakes Athletes Make in Conditioning 👇

1. Going too hard, too often
More intensity isn’t always better. Progress comes from balancing hard work with recovery.

2. Prioritizing quantity over quality
More reps, rounds, or miles doesn't guarantee better results. Train with purpose.

3. Lack of intention
Each conditioning session should have a purpose. Knowing the goal of the workout helps you pace appropriately, execute effectively, and get the adaptation you’re after.

The best athletes don’t just work hard, they work smart.
