It’s not the crunches. It’s not the calorie deficit.
The extra weight most women carry - the puffy face, the belly that won’t move no matter what they eat or how hard they train - is inflammation.
And inflammation has a root cause.
-Toxins.
-Reacting to processed foods, seed oils and sugar.
-A nervous system that is stuck in fight or flight.
When you address those things, your body stops holding on.
I haven’t changed my diet dramatically. I haven’t done a single sit up in four months.
But my body has been nourished and supported so it can shine in its best form.
That’s the goal. Not smaller. Not harder.
Just unburdened and free. 🙌
