We offer instructor-led group fitness classes, including CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Bodybuilding, Rowing, Core Blaster, and Mobility. There are going to be breaks. Sickness, vacation, work, intestinal parasites, and that thing with Dr. Dre at Dollywood what you swore was a one time thing but we both know you will go back. That is just part of life. It doesn't have to be forever. One week off, one month off, or one decade off you can always come back.

No matter how much time we spend in the gym there are WAAAAAYYY more hours outside of here. Hours in which to move the plan forward or move it backwards. What are you doing with the 160+ hours outside of the gym to make your gym time count for more? And are you making the most of your time inside of the gym since it is such a precious resource?

Consistency doesn’t always look impressive in the moment. It looks like early mornings, repeated effort, and showing up when you don’t feel like it. These fine people showed up for the Acid Athletics and showed out. Discipline collects rewards that motivation never could.

You can crush it everyday. Most folks shouldn't even try. Not crushing it doesn't mean you aren't winning. Sometimes just enough is way more than enough. Come work out with some people who believe you are doing great already. And let's help each other be a little better.

Incredible efforts today from everyone who showed up for Murph. Doesn't matter how it went. It only matters that you showed up and went hard. Maybe even a little harder than you planned. Choosing how we get to suffer is a gift. Remember that some gave their life so that we have the freedom of choice. How you train, who you love, whether to watch Parks and Rec again or finally start a new show. What a gift!
