In this session, we focused on targeted hip and spine mobility, followed by hands-on treatment to improve movement quality and reduce stress on the low back.

Congrats to our very own Susie! First place female at the Mount Wilson Trail Race in Sierra Madre this past May! 🏆
If you’ve ever run that trail, you know it’s a relentless climb. Susie trained for it, showed up, and earned the top spot!!
