In this reel, I use a simple body-based exercise to teach you how to release unnecessary muscular tension, regulate your nervous system, and move with greater awareness. When the body is relaxed, you can breathe more freely, think more clearly, and respond instead of reacting.

Self-defense isn’t only about fighting—it’s about developing calm, confidence, presence, and control in your everyday life.
